In this presentation we will explore the meaning and essence of both coaching and mentoring as they apply to the upwardly mobile and business inclined individual. While there are clearly established similarities in both, there does exist some very important lines of distinction that should be adhered, so as to ensure that the navigation process to being successful will ultimately lead to the right decisions and desired outcomes hoped for.
