themed days throughout the
week, focusing on sectors and
interests. This year has been
different. We took the view that
future generations need to be
inspired by the exciting
opportunities that will exist for
them when they leave
education.
NCW 2016 is all about Future
Skills, Future Jobs and Future
Careers.

It is often said that students
entering Secondary Education
now will have jobs that may
not have even been invented
or created yet. Hold on to that
thought.
The future is about personal
skills and their portability.
So, whatever age you are, the
future world of work will be an
exciting place to learn and earn
- a place with opportunities to
be discovered.
