Cequent Partners with RVIA to Provide
Installation and Skills Training
“Education is one of the driving forces of
humankind. It is true for a recreational vehicle
service technician just as it is true for any other
high tech or professional career.”
This statement and many like it can be found on
the education landing page of the Recreational
Vehicle Industry Association’s (RVIA) Website,
and Cequent™ agrees. That is why we have
proudly partnered with the RVIA’s Technicians
in Training (TNT) Program to provide a
combination of classroom and hands-on towing
products installation, set-up, trouble shooting,
and maintenance skills training hours to
technicians in the industry.
Starting in early February 2015, Cequent and
RVIA have been providing eight hour training
sessions for RV service technicians. These
sessions have spanned nine different locations
across the U.S. and are just getting started.
The trainings that took place in Washington,
Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, New Mexico,
Texas, and Nevada covered a wide variety of
installation tips, new technology in towing, and
troubleshooting techniques.
