Behnke Enterprises Inc. Develops 20K Tube Tilt Trailer Known for building heavy-duty, durable trailers since 1987, Behnke Enterprises, Inc. has been manufacturing 16,000 GVW drop-deck tiltbed trailers for more than a decade. Continually developing new models of trailers, Behnke Enterprises, Inc. recently began manufacturing a tandem-axle 20,000 drop-deck tiltbed trailer. This model boasts (2) 10,000-lb Dexter torflex axles with 235/75R-17.5 super single tires. Other standard features include 83” between the fenders, fender guides, pallet fork holders, heavy duty tubular frame and zinc rich primer and powder coat finish. Popular with dealers, the 20,000 GVW tubular tilt trailer fits their customers’ need for a heavy built trailer capable of hauling heavy equipment. Seeing that tandem axles require less maintenance than triple axle trailers, it is no surprise that this trailer has been in high demand with contractors nationwide. For more information, please visit Demco to Brand All Product Categories Under One Family At its incorporation in 1964, Demco designed its logo simply to brand the company name. While the unique logo served the company well over its 54+ year history, 2018 has brought with it a new, modern and bold logo to underscore Demco’s forward-thinking approach. Along with the Demco logo, the company will be branding all its products under the Demco name, including its Spencer product category (formally under the Maurer brand). Since its large equity position acquisition of Maurer Manufacturing in 2000 and full ownership change in 2016, Demco has been working towards a singular company, family and brand goal. By the 2019 fiscal year, all its product categories should fall under the Demco logo, with the initial batch starting on November 1, 2018. Regarding the change, a Demco representative said, “We are very excited for this new logo design. This is a symbol of changing with the times and pulling our product categories and team members together under one family – the DEMCO family.” For more information, please visit NATDA Magazine 13
