Heritage Farm Museum & Village is a series of museums and buildings that evoke 19th century Appalachia and educate about the social life from the earliest settlers to the present. While many of the logs and structures date from the 19th and early 20th centuries, Heritage Farm also hopes to teach an appreciation of the present to enable us to envision a brighter future. Heritage Farm Museum and Village is also West Virginia's first Smithsonian Affiliate.
