JORDAN BENNION Midfielder
Young midfielder Jordan Bennion will be looking for force his way into Parky ’ s plans this season . The exciting talent featured heavily for the youth team last season whilst also getting some first team minutes in the cups . This season he has signed on a dual registration with Alsager Town , so will split playing time between Nantwich and the Bullets .
JOE MWASILE Midfielder The Dabbers signed 23 year old Joe Mwasile from Marine AFC in October . The exciting and pacy winger started his career off at Morecambe , leaving the club in 2014 . He signed for Workington and went on to have spells with them , Burscough and Salford City . He then signed with the Mariners in the summer and proved an instant hit , scoring three goals in his first eight games with them . He signed ahead of the FA Trophy game with Warrington Town .
RYAN BROOKE Forward Striker Ryan Brooke signed for the Dabbers in August of this season after leaving Curzon Ashton . He signed for Curzon Ashton and had three seasons with the Nash , scoring a number of important goals and becoming a fans favourite . He signed on a contract until the end of the season and has found the net on a regular basis , sitting on ten goals so far , including three match winners against Rushall Olympic , Buxton and Frickley Athletic .
JOSH HANCOCK Midfielder
Josh is a former Nantwich Town youth team player and he was part of the team that made the third round of the FA Youth Cup in 2008 / 09 . Has had spells with Witton Albion , Telford Utd and Winsford Utd . Re-signed for the Dabbers last year from Salford City . He scored 14 goals last year with 12 of them coming in the league .
OSEBI ABADAKI Forward
Powerful front man Osebi Abadaki re-joined the club after impressing on trial . Played for the club back in 2013 . Started his career in Blackburn Rovers ’ academy before having spells with Altrincham , Stalybridge Celtic & Ashton United . He has been a regular in the first team this season , having an number of impressive performances along the way . He has also contributed with seven goals and a number of assists . He has been a real asset to the first team so far this season .
TOM PEERS Forward
The Warrington born player learnt his trade in the newly reformed Chester FC academy and caught the eye of then manager Neil Young . He made a number of appearances for the Chester first team during the 13 / 14 season and had loan spells with Hednesford Town and Marine . He made his debut in the home game against Marine , and netted his first Dabbers goal against Frickley .
SEAN COOKE Midfielder Sean is a former Crewe Alexandra youth player and son of former Nantwich player and manager Dave Cooke . Is in his second spell with the club having played during the 2011 / 12 season . Has played for FC United of Manchester , Chester , Telford and AFC Fylde for whom he was awarded the NPL Premier Division Player of the Year award for The Coasters in 2013 . He signed from FC United last November and scored eight goals from midfield for the Dabbers .
JOHN JOHNSTON Forward The Dabbers signed winger John Johnston on loan
from Salford City in a bid to aid their promotion push . The 22-year-old attacker first caught the eye of Crewe Alexandra whilst playing for Leek Town . He signed for the Alex in the summer of 2014 , but never made a senior appearance . Moved to current side Salford on loan from Alfreton with the move being made permanent after an impressive spell .
STEVE JONES
Forward
Steve is a former Northern Ireland international who joined the Dabbers from Airbus UK Broughton in the summer of 2014 . Signed for Crewe Alexandra from Leigh RMI for £ 150,000 in 2001 . As well as playing league football for Rochdale , Burnley , Huddersfield Town , Bradford City and Walsall , he gained 29 caps for Northern Ireland , scoring once . Scored 15 goals last season for the Dabbers in all competitions .
