The Official Hotel for NAILBA 37 will be the Gaylord Palms
Resort and Convention Center. All conference activities
will take place at the Gaylord Palms Resort and
Convention Center.
NAILBA 37 Room Rates
Single or double occupancy plus applicable taxes.
Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center: $270 / night
PLEASE NOTE: If you make a reservation within NAILBA’s room
blocks and are NOT registered for NAILBA 37, your reservation
will be removed from the block and the NAILBA room rate will
not be applicable. Your room rate will be the Gaylord Palms
Resort and Convention Center’s “rack rate,” which is much
higher.

REMEMBER: NAILBA is not responsible for making your travel
or hotel arrangements. Submitting a registration form for
NAILBA 37 DOES NOT reserve a hotel room.
SPECIAL NEEDS
The site of the NAILBA 37 Annual Meeting meets all the
requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you
require special assistance in order to fully participate,
please contact NAILBA Headquarters at 703.884.1525 as
soon as possible in advance of NAILBA 37 and appropriate
arrangements can be made.
HOTEL & TRAVEL INFORMATION
Cut-off for hotel reservations is Saturday,
September 29, 2018, after which reservations will be
accepted on a space and rate available basis.

Bring your children of any age and plan to play!
We are also pleased to offer discounted airport transportation
through Mears Motor Shuttle.
Mears provides a convenient and affordable transfer
between Orlando International Airport and the Gaylord Palms
Resort and Convention Center.
