Garth Garlock, LLIF Retires from North American Company
On behalf of everyone at North Amer-
ican and Sammons Financial Group, I
wish to congratulate Garth Garlock on
his upcoming retirement as senior vice
president and chief distribution offi-
cer of North American Company’s life
division. Garth’s last day with North
American will be December 31, 2018.
With over 31 years of life insurance
experience — 18 of those with North
American Company — Garth has been
instrumental to our organization’s suc-
cess. His love of the industry and strong
leadership helped steer our life insur-
ance business toward some incredible
achievements.
Beyond his career accomplishments,
Garth will leave with many great mem-
ories of the business from over the
years, and he values the numerous life-
long friendships he’s developed along
the way. Upon retirement, Garth plans
to spend time with family and friends,
and his passion for seeing independent
financial professionals succeed and be-
ing a part of the bigger picture effort
to insure the underinsured will no doubt
keep him connected to the industry in
the years to come.
As we prepare for Garth’s departure
from North American Company, we will
be taking some time to evaluate the
best possible structure to support the
sales team into the future, and we will
be sure to keep you apprised as any ad-
ditional changes occur.
Please join me in wishing Garth and
his family the very best in this much-de-
served retirement.
