Hội Những Người Yêu Động Vật
(YDV) ra đời vào tháng 8/2010 với
mục tiêu hoạt động vì động vật,
xây dựng và nâng cao nhận thức
xã hội về các vấn đề liên quan đến
quyền lợi động vật.
Trong giai đoạn đầu phát triển,
YDV tập trung vào mục tiêu cứu
hộ và làm cầu nối cho các hoạt
động cứu hộ chó mèo trên khắp
cả nước.
Thành viên sáng lập hội là những
bạn trẻ đầy tâm huyết và có nhận
thức đúng đắn về việc bảo vệ
động vật:
• Vi Thảo Nguyên: thủ lĩnh tinh
thần của hội, phụ trách phát triển

Introducing Yêu Động Vật (YDV) an Association of Animal Lovers
YDV was started in August
of 2010 by a duo of passionate
animal activists creating a
mandate to develop social
awareness in Veitnam about
critical issues related to animal
welfare and rights.

Ms. Vi Thao Nguyen, the
heart and soul of YDV, who’s
responsibilities lie in being in
charge of the development of
YDV’s membership network,
direction and management of all
YDV activities and public events.

In the early stages of
development, YDV focused on
animal rescue and care locally
in Saigon that paved the way for
larger dog and cat rescue and
care operations across Vietnam.

Mr. Nguyen Truong Giang
executive director of all technical
and logistic matters, development
of the YDV network and
membership, also helps with the
direction and management of all
YDV activities and public events.

There are two Founding members,
young, enthusiastic and very
knowledgeable of the issues of
animal welfare and the need to
help the many abandoned cats
and dogs in Vietnam.
