Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve
Founded by Shelby White in honour of her late husband, Leon Levy, and operated by the Bahamas National
Trust, the Leon Levy Native Plant Preserve, located in Governor’s Harbour, Eleuthera is a facility for the
propagation of local plants and also an environmental education center. The 25 acre reserve also carries
out research into traditional bush medicines and the importance of native vegetation to the islands.
Open daily: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
