National Heritage Day
This day honours the historical, cultural and
natural heritage of the islands as well as the
achievements of past generations. Cultural
activities and festivals are held throughout

Caribbean Food & Wine Festival
A world-class event held each November
with celebrity chefs, cutting-edge cuisine
and note-worthy wine and spirits. It is held
at different resorts along Grace Bay Beach
on the island of Providenciales.

NOVEMBER 24
Conch Festival
Annually, at the end of November, the
conch celebration starts. Conch is the
island’s main export and one of the most
popular dishes on the island.
DECEMBER 26
Maskanoo Parade
An annual street festival linked to the
African slaves who once worked on the
island’s plantations. It is held after Christmas
and is a widely celebrated, festive event
representing island-culture and heritage.
