Fort Karl was built during the Swedish period. Located
on a small hill, it overlooks Shell Beach and offers a
beautiful view of Gustavia from the viewing platform.
This site is managed by the Island’s Nature Reserve
which restored the buildings and now keeps it in
pristine fashion.
