Carenero Island
This island has a beautiful beach with a sand bar at one end,
populated with a few fishermen-families who often have
lobsters or fish for sale. Many of the families own dogs which
often frolic on the beach. These dogs are used to visitors and
are quite friendly so you’ll find them in the surf and sand
enjoying the attention from equally friendly visitors.
