Friday Night BBQs, Island-Wide On Friday nights, regardless of where you are on the island, there will be vendors, somewhere, selling delicious barbequed items. It may be chicken, corn, fish or pork chops, but you may also find an interesting part of the pig being barbequed - its tail. Salted pig’s tail is used on the island in soups, but in recent years throwing it on to the grill has resulted in quite a stir and it has now become a staple on many road-side grills throughout the island. If you have the opportunity to try any barbecued meat from the different vendors, you will realize that they are all equally tasty.
