Middleham Falls and Ti’tou Gorge
Located in the Morne Trois Piton National Park is the narrow Titou Gorge. Swimming through this
narrow gorge, you will eventually get to Middleham Falls, the highest on the island. Or you may
opt to hike to the falls instead. Although the hike may be gruelling, you can relax in the pool at
the bottom of the falls which is ideal for swimming. The hot mineral water pool nearby is equally
relaxing and therapeutic.
