Nine Mornings Festival
This is a unique Vincentian tradition
celebrated annually during the
nine mornings before Christmas.
Vincentians awake in the early
mornings (usually at 4:00 am) to
participate in various activities such
as dances, concerts, bicycle riding
and sea baths. In the rural areas of the
island the final morning ends with a
steel band “jump up”.
