Seth Saheli Seth Saheli is a self-taught chef, whose cooking was heavily influenced by his mother, Mrs. Wendy Saheli, affectionately known to all in the community as “Aunty Wendy”. She is a retired caterer and restaurant owner on the island of St. Kitts, who has passed on her charisma and love of food to her son, Seth. Chef Seth cooks with passion! He infuses his food with the most natural of healthy herbs and spices found on the islands and around the globe, creating authentic, superb cuisines.
