looking for a new adventure, whether it’s across lines of latitude or in the backyard.
When she isn’t on the move you can find her jamming on acoustic guitar or climbing
rock walls and aerial skills.

Benjamin is a health, fitness and nutrition enthusiast who also has a passion for writing
about his personal life and many different topics including traveling and how to lead
an abundant and healthy lifestyle. He resides in Denver, Colorado and spends most of
his time researching health and lifestyle related topics as well as teaching others how
to life life to its fullest potential.

SHELLEY TOWNLEY
Shelley Townley is a freelance writer, researcher and Caribbeanophile. When she is
not sailing she is plotting her next island sailing vacation. After a six year stint as a
Congressional Staffer she is happily working at renovating her two homes in North
Carolina. She currently and temporarily lives in coastal North Carolina with her
husband and their dog Skipper.
