Since 1990, Kerry Werth, a native Pennsylvanian who relocated to Antigua from SanDiego, has provided complete architectural services for private luxury beach and water front residences as well as hotel renovations and additions throughout the island. Kerry has been responsible for overall business development and office operations for d-studio. He provides direct communication and coordination of all administrative functions. His activities include contract negotiation, schematic design, design development , construction drawings and details for each client and their respective project. A diverse range of experience in architecture, interior space planning and construction industries has provided Kerry with the comprehensive coordination and professional skills necessary to complete projects to the client’s satisfaction. Utilizing state of the art software and proven administrative methods, projects are maintained in an orderly and professional manner. In addition to direct client services and interaction, Kerry’s responsibilities include long-range business planning, specific client services, coordinating project management and site supervision when requested, as well as administration and overall support for the studio. Outside of professional pursuits, Kerry has a variety of interests including his passion for snorkeling, kayaking, sailing, hiking, fitness, and travel. He is also a certified health coach.
