Barbados Crop Over Festival
This annual festival is a traditional celebration
of the end of the sugar cane harvest, dating
back to the 1780’s. It begins with the Opening
Gala and Ceremonial Delivery of the Last Canes
and the crowning of the King and Queen
of the Festival. It culminates with the Grand
Kadooment Day carnival festival.
