While with the Kawura Roots Band, I was inspired
to express my feelings about the recent passing of
my husband and the single “Jah Will is the Last Will”
was made.
After the song was placed on iTunes, it took its own
route. I received emails and thumbs up from many
people, from countries I have never even heard of.
The song received an award for the most listened
to Reggae song in the month of December 2016
via Akademia. It is on Spotify, Deezer, Amazon.
com, iHeart Radio, Emusic, Givera, KKbox, Spinlet,
Tidal and a few other sites in Europe, Asia, USA
and other countries - which I never expected.
My collaboration with Backyard Productionz and
Claudius Phillips II brought out the best in the song.
In 2016 in the British Virgin Islands, I had the
unexpected honor to perform with Miri and Final
Faze during the opening show for the legendary
Morgan Heritage.
