For those that want it, Klein
Bonaire, an uninhabited
small island half a mile from
Bonaire’s mainland, can
provide people with a true
desert island experience.
As part of Bonaire Marine
Park, the island is protected
from development and is
mainly visited by snorkelers
and divers who enjoy the
pristine clear waters. There
is a peaceful beach here but
visitors should remember
to take their own food and
drink as, being a desert
island, nothing is available
in it for purchase.
