Surfing
St. Barts is known for its great surfing opportunities, due to its location which
allows the giant Atlantic swells to roll into the bays on the island’s northern
shores. Although surf board rentals can be found almost anywhere on the
island, perhaps the best places for surfing are Saint-Jean, Anse des Cayes and
Lorient Beach but many of the locals who also surf, prefer a more accessible
beach like Grand Cul de Sac.
