Located on Heritage Wharf at the Royal Naval
Dockyard, the floating bar, Calico Jack is a
popular hang-out for locals and tourists. It
sometimes stages a 30 minute show that will
match any part of the Pirates of the Caribbean
movies. Pirates and seafarers with tri-corn hats
joke, jest and sword fight before creating a
spectacular fire dance reminiscent of a by-gone
era. Visitors to the show are invited to take
memorable selfies with members of the cast as
an excellent reminder of their visit.
Visitors can also voluntarily walk the plank
located the back of this ferry boat-turned pirate
ship for a refreshing swim.
