Comprehensive Orthopaedic Global (COG) is open and operational. We survived
Hurricanes Irma and Maria and welcome the opportunity to provide care to our island
family and friends.
We are open from 8:00 AM till 5:00 PM daily, in St Thomas and St Croix. To contact

be reached by our answering service. We are open and will see patients on a walk in
basis.  COG Restore is also operational and providing therapy services as well.
Our Surgery Center, Comprehensive Surgical Services (CSS) is the only fully functional
surgery suite on the island.  We are available to provide outpatient surgery for your
needs.  If you would want to utilize us for your surgery please ask your Doctor about
credentialed at our facility we will provide express Credentialing We welcome the
opportunity to provide top line state of the art surgery in a safe clean facility.
