Artist, Aruba
Vanessa Paulina was born on Curacao but her parents are both from the island of Bonaire.
When she was one year old, they moved to the island of Aruba, where she grew up. Her
family visited the other islands frequently and Paulina is proud to say she is truly from the
ABC Isles. Vanessa later furthered her studies in The Netherlands.
“My art is pretty figurative, I love painting people, this has always
