Is there a better place to enjoy the breath-taking Pitons? I don’t think so.
Snuggled neatly beside these majestic peaks, this beach affords a view
second to none. Some consider it to be the best beach in St. Lucia and one
may readily agree. The main attraction may be the towering Pitons, seemingly
lying right at your fingertips, but other things draw visitors to Sugar Beach.
The water here is is clean, calm and perfect for snorkeling. Swimming is great
too and although the beach may get crowded at times, you can rent a chair
from the hotel nearby or from the concession stand at the end of the beach,
and relax on the pristine white sand for an hour or two - after all, the view
alone is worth it.
