The Island welcomed over 7,000 cruisers this past November 30 , the first batch of passengers following Hurricanes Irma and Maria from cruises making a transit stop on the Island . Tourists are seen here dancing on the streets enjoying an extremely warm welcome from local performers . They are expecting 85,000 more passengers through January 31 , 2018 , proving once again Puerto Rico ’ s comeback as a major vacation spot .
