Waterland
It’s all about dolphins and sea lions at Porlamar’s Waterland. Riding on
one of their dolphins or swimming with them is a wonderful experience
for adults and children. For those who do not meet the criteria to enter
the larger pool, they can enjoy a dolphin experience in a shallower
pool. Another of Waterland’s activities is the Marine Encounter where
you can get up close and personal with sea lions. Their shows are also
quite entertaining. When you’ve had your fill of marine animals, head
to Waterland’s small zoo, which has an assortment of endemic South
American animals.
