Fort Barrington
This was a military post, formerly called Goat Hill, which was erected
by the British in the late 1700’s to keep an eye out for the French
who were keen on capturing the island. A short uphill walk of about
15 minutes will get you to the top where you will be rewarded with
absolutely spectacular views. Even if you’re not interested in history,
this is still a must-visit as the views alone are well worth the trek.
