Saudicka shared with Mélange . . . “ About her Talk Show I like to describe my show as a lifestyle talk show, meaning the topics that we discuss hinge heavily on day to day habits, trends and practices . There is a mixture of entertainment and depth packaged in 30 minutes and delivered with the intention to educate, entertain and sometimes to inspire. We take most of our queues from the social media space, while we do research to grasp an idea of some of the untold stories and discussions that needs to explored. About her most memorable shows I would probably choose three most memorable. The first one was the show we did on breast cancer, where we showed the pain of the men ( spouses ) and heard their perspectives on how they deal with a wife battling breast cancer. That resonated with so many persons. In that same episode we spoke to Olympian Novlene Williams Mills about her battle with breast cancer and how she still managed to live her dream of running on the track. The other show that resonated heavily among the fans, was our Miami episode, where we delved into the world of cosmetic surgery. We visited one of Miami’s renowned surgeons who took us inside his facility and told us about the new trends in cosmetic surgeries and how popular it was. This was from 2015 and since then, the growth of body modification has grown exponentially. The other one that stood out was an episode we did on “side chicks” and we had a well-known personality sharing her experience about dating dancehall artiste Bounty Killer and being his side chick. That episode was the highlight of most entertainment shows for over a month and it even made the newspaper and blogs. “ Presently, I manage my production company, Diaram Productions that produces my TV show, “Saudicka Diaram Show”, which airs locally and also in the Tri-state area in the USA. My company is small but I hope to provide opportunities for young media students who want hands- on experience in production. I also lecture part time at the University of Technology, Jamaica.” - Saudicka
