Kaya’s goal is to represent Belize in Tokyo in 2020 and she is participating in various games with
the hope of achieving that goal. On December 15th, as part of the Belize National Selection Team,
she participated in the Central American games in Managua, Nicaragua. In July 2018, she will be
at the Caribbean American Games which will be held in Columbia and during the year, she will be
heading to Cuba to train on terrain that’s different to what she’s used to in Belize.
