on a musical adventure that took us initially to Jamaica and then New York , London , Miami and beyond and over the years to many cities in Europe ,, North and South America , the Caribbean and even as far afield as India . A musical adventure that has only become more magical and incredulous as the years progressed . Three years after our emergence on the music scene , we suffered a severe loss during the Carnival of 2000 when our dear comrade in arms John Isaacs succumbed to renal failure just a few days before we were due to launch our offerings for the season . With the Carnival looming we decided to bite the bullet and made the bold decision to keep on jamming for we believed it would be what John would have wanted . Over the years we have gone on to develop and create the 3CANAL Show from 2004 , which is now a staple on the Carnival calendar . A show of shows , incorporating music , dance , theatre , costuming , spectacle , multi-media projections and visuals . A mixture of entertainment and social and political commentary , comedy , parody and good old fun , in the spirit of inversion and irreverence that the Carnival affords .
