St. Kitts Eco-Park
A gift to the island from Taiwan, the eco-park is home to the largest greenhouse in the Caribbean.
Designed as a learning center for sustainable agriculture and horticulture, the park’s 20 acres is an
interesting place for visitors to familiarize themselves with local fruit trees - sample some of the
fruits, learn about the island’s sugar history, stroll through the gardens and relax among the rich
greenery, beautiful plants and well manicured grounds And, you may also witness a wedding in
progress.

If you are a cricket enthusiast, this is where you will want to be when a match is being played. Located
in Basseterre, it is a well-used facility. These fi elds host cricket matches and football games. There are
volleyball and tennis courts. This is also the venue for carnival activities, music festivals and other
events. It was named after the explorer, Sir Thomas Warner who was responsible for establishing the
island as an English colony.
