Flamenco Beach
Located on Puerto Rico’s island of Culebra, Flamenco Beach stretches for one mile and it has been
voted one of the best beaches in the world. Situated on a horseshoe shaped bay, the beach’s warm
shallow waters and fi ne white sand attract thousands of visitors annually.

Sharing the 2.5 acre lot with El Museo Castillo Serralles is a Japanese Garden, an observation
tower and a butterfl y garden but the museum is the main attraction. Visitors to Ponce must put
this castle which was built in the 1930’s, on their itinerary, as it truly is a representation of pride,
wealth, history and culture. Time spent here will be fi lled with stories of the island during the
1800s and early 1900s. Rum will be in the discourse as the owners of this magnifi cent house,
the Serralles family, are also the owners of the Puerto Rican rum Don Q - and a rum tasting will
follow. And, it all comes with a great view of downtown Ponce!
