Kokoye Beach
Food & Spirits Festival
This is s remote beach which you will get to either by hiking or by boat.
Located between the towns of Petit Goave and Miragoane, it is a small
beach “run” and maintained by a women’s group. A small fee is required
to access the beach and the women of the group will also provide
food and drink at an extra cost. Some people opt to spend the night, as
camping is allowed.

There is enough to keep you occupied here after you’ve had your fi ll of
sunbathing. You can take a walk, swim (there is a sea cave to explore),
snorkel and discover the ruins in the area. Overall, this is a great excursion
and with it being somewhat of a well-kept secret, the odds of it being
over-crowded on your visit is slim.
