Plamka Evtimov Visual Artist “Artsy Silk” P lamka Evtimov is a Bulgarian-born and Cayman Islands-based visual artist. The vibrant colors of the sea, flowers, trees, sky and fiery sunset of Cayman all unlock her desire to express her feelings through her art.
