Gabriela grew up in Punta del Este, a city on the Atlantic coast of
Uruguay, South America. Saint Barth has been her home for the last 12
years.
She still vividly recalls the moment when, as a small child, she first saw
a box of colored pencils. She felt hypnotized. At that very moment,
an indescribable emotion overtook her and those combined colors
produced intense feelings in her being. Later on, Gabriela learned to
write and at the same she began to draw . . .
