Blackman’s Gully and Bridge
Limestone, molasses and egg white were used in
the building of this bridge in 1682. Affectionately
called “Molasses Bridge” by the locals, it is located
in the parish of St. Joseph. Beneath the bridge
is Blackman’s Gully, one of many gullies you ‘ll
find throughout the island, home to plants and
animals. You may even see a Green Monkey here
on a tour to this site.
