Fish Fry
Every Thursday locals and visitors alike all congregate at the Bight Children’s Park where they
enjoy a display of culture at the Island Fish Fry. Local vendors come out to sell food, drinks and
locally made goods from 5:30 – 9:30pm. The atmosphere is saturated with the sweet aroma of
local dishes and the smooth sounds of music from one of the many local bands.
One of the other highlights of the evening is the appearance of “Henry the Conch” who can
be seen dancing to the music or posing with families to be captured in their photos for lasting
memories.
