PLACES OF INTEREST
Although St Vincent is the largest of the islands in the Grenadines it has often been overlooked by
the tourism industry in favour of some of the smaller islands like Bequia and Mustique. Due to recent
development, St Vincent plans not to be overlooked in the future and with its long history and natural
beauty it has plenty to offer tourists.
Waterfalls
There are three main
waterfalls on St Vincent
for visitors to wonder
at. The first Trinity Falls
which is considered by
many to be the most
beautiful even though
it only has a drop of 40ft
but it is only accessible
by a 4 wheel drive and a
half hour hike. Dark View
Falls is not as hard to gain
access to and has a drop
of 104 ft. The last of the
fall is the Falls of Baleine
which is on the coast
and so only accessible by
boat. The Falls of Baleine
does though have at the
bottom, a pool which is
perfect for swimming.
