weekend at the Lower Town area or what locals
refer to as “The Bay stretch”, enjoying sweet

the island’s harmonious bands and amazing Dj’s.
You can participate in friendly beach volleyball
competitions, water sports, skilled dance
groups, taking you right into Easter Monday’s
annual jouvert morning jump-up followed by a
delicious full-your-tummy breakfast sale. Come
and experience the sun on your skin and sand
that tickles your feet. Could you think of a better
treat? Statia is definitely the place to be. Whether
you’re visiting unaccompanied or with a group of
family members, no worries. The beautiful sea is
all around and everything blends right in.

A cross-cultural event, exhibiting multiple
nationalities residing on the island. This is an
event where ethnic groups are granted the
opportunity to showcase what each destination
has to offer, traditions, arts and crafts, food and
drinks, music and entertainment.
