It is the remnants of what
was once the biggest sugar
plantation on the island.
A visit to Betty’s Hope will
certainly take you back to
its sugar producing days
when African slaves manned
the production process. A
visitor center on the site
houses a museum providing
a clear look at the history
surounding Betty’s Hope.
Ideally situated, you will also
be treated to spectacular
views of the village below.
