A Taste of Fiesta was conducted on April 22 to celebrate Fiesta San Antonio! 27 fiesta goers learned about different types of peppers and tomatoes used in making homemade salsa and taste tested different salsas prepared using a variety of colorful veggies. Fiesta fanatics left with a mason jar of two fresh salsas, a snack bag of jalapeno peppers and a recipe book. Try one of our favorite salsas!
