New make-up brand VITILIGLOW
provide an alternative for those with
vitiligo.
It has been estimated 50 million people worldwide are
born with the rare skin condition, vitiligo. Although it
casues no pain, it affects the appearance of skin. People
with vitiligo will find over time their pigmentation in
their skin is lost, causing white patches to appear over
their entire body.
Founder, Polly Gotschi, who also lives with vitiligo
says, “some people are happy to embrace their uneven skin and we encourage ‘body positivtity’ at
VITILIGLOW. However, there are many people, like myself, who don’t feel comfortable enough
to have their patches on show, and a product like VITILIGLOW can really help to give back their
confidence.”
VITILIGLOW is an all-in-one corrective cover for the skin that includes a primer, setting powder
and suncream. It’s recommended to apply a thin layer to white patches and then blend away the
edges. VITILIGLOW is available in 11 shades including a ‘cool’ and ‘warm’ range for every shade of
