No 14, Year 14, May 2017 Page 31 An Interview with Ana Ciglenečki Our student Ana Ciglenečki, now 7.d, is a member of a very musical family. Her parents Ružica Gelo Ciglenečki and Boris Ciglenečki have founded Bonar music school with branches in Donja Stubica, Zlatar and Zagreb. In addition to the program of basic music education, the school offers other programs in the field of musical art intended for pre-school children, primary and secondary schools as well as courses of playing the guitar, synthesizer and accordion, courses of pop music, music program for kindergarten, pre-school music theory, the violin and the piano, and the children's choir. No wonder Ana likes music! Here is what she said about it. Question1: How old are you, Ana? Question 8: Are you nervous when you perform? Ana: I am 13 years old. Ana: I am always nervous. Question 2: What instruments do you play? Question 9: Have you ever been performing outside your country? Ana: The cello and the oboe. Ana: Yes, four times. I was in Slovenia and Serbia. Question 3: When did you start playing the cello and the oboe? Question 10: How many siblings have you got? Ana: I have been playing the cello for 6 years, thr oboe for 1 year Ana: I have two sisters and one brother. Question 4: How long do you have to practise every day ? Ana: Luce plays the harph, Maša plays the flute and Roko plays the guitar. Ana: I practise every day for an hour. Question 12: What instruments do your parents play? Question 5: What made you love music? Ana: Music has been my passion for 7 years. I was always surrounded with it. At home. Question 6: When did your parents open the music school? Question 11: What instruments do they play? Ana: My dad plays the guitar and my mum plays the piano and the organ. She also teaches solfeggio. Thank you, Ana, for your time. Ana: 12 years ago.
