LIBRARIES Martin Stepek, author of four books, including two on Mindful Living, will share his experience of what mindfulness actually is, in contrast to how it is generally described in the media. Exploring its benefits, origins, and the depth of transformation it can bring to individuals, Martin will also lead a mindfulness practice so that those attending can gain an actual experience of what mindfulness can bring to our daily life. Stories are a great way to soothe the soul so come along to a sunny, relaxed gathering for a braw brew and a blether, share stories and listen to others. WORLD BOOK NIGHT CELEBRATIONS 16+ World Book Night is an annual celebration of reading and books and sees passionate volunteers give out hundreds of thousands of books in their communities to share their love of reading with people who don’t read regularly or own books. An hour of hilarity and high tea awaits with book quizzes, book art, games, giveaways and of course scrumptious tea and cake. Spread the word!
