I am Leonarda Pezzi, we all met in Riga in november and agreed on this project. We live in Italy, in the north East of the peninsula, we have wet lands just round the corner and the sea is at about 10 Km from our school. Near the centre of Ravenna there are a lot of factories and this causes a lot of pollution... My older students are aged between 13 and 14, some of them can speak English quite well A2/B1and are looking forward to working with you!
Hi fellow etwinners!
My name is Carmen and I am the teacher administrator from Spain. The students in my school are teenagers and adults studying B1 level of English. It's going to be very interesting to contrast different points of view towards environmental awareness depending on the age of the students. We'd like to write some articles for the magazine and prepare presentations about the meaning of being eco-friendly in our everyday life.
We'd like to find possible solutions for some environmental problems in our area with the help of the students from the other participant countries.
The finishing touch might be planting a tree in our school (chosen by all the etwinning participants: students and teachers ) as a symbol of our commitment to the environment.
