S E R V I C E S ART THERAPY Promoting self-expression, improving self-esteem and socialisation of residents are some of the aims of Art Therapy. To accomplish this, the team runs various “art as therapy” programs e.g. open art studios, painting, collage and craft making sessions. With children from our childcare centre, organised intergenerational sessions also give our young and old opportunities to bond and create together. For residents with more complex psychosocial needs experienced during their adjustment to a new life in our Home, our Art Therapist can utilise art psychotherapy which are customised interventions aimed at supporting the emotional well-being of these residents.
