Although we are in our seventh year since inception,
this is our first Annual Report: a labor of love that we
hope will provide you with a deeper perspective on
our growth, the impact of our work in the past year,
and financial information.

At Lamplighters, we are rethinking schools as living,
breathing centers of learning and connection that
value flexibility and adaptability. We recognize the
importance of ‘hard data,’ assessment protocols and
careful documentation, yet we also recognize the role
of the ‘white space’: nuance, anecdote, the sense that
nothing is still and there is always something left to
learn. In that vein, we hope that this report is more
than an impressive book of facts and figures: we hope
it brings our impact to life.
